Karaoke Host- you may be thinking how in the world can this be a full time job? Well this is how…Broadway Louie’s located at Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is looking for an entertaining, motivated and talented individual to help run a karaoke show.  Responsibilities include queing up music, organizing singers, recording performances, singing songs, interacting with people of all ages and most of all be entertaining.  

The karaoke show is actually a mini karaoke show that is located in the karaoke café connected to Broadway Louie’s (sports, games, grill and karaoke bar).  This is an attraction on the outside of the building that was designed to attract all customers walking around Broadway at the Beach.  We offer over 30,000 songs that people can choose to sing and they can also record their performances onto a DVD. 

It will be a 40-hour workweek with a rate of $7.00/hour – there is an opportunity to make commissions. The hours would be from 6:00pm to 12:30 am nightly.

We are taking applications for the following positions door/floor staff, and cocktail waitress/tub girls. The door/floor staff position includes checking ID’s, walking the floor, interacting with customers, doing all closing and opening door staff duties. Applicants for door staff must be 21 years of age or older.  The Cocktail waitress/tub girl/shot girl position is a multi-tasked position. As a cocktail waitress you are responsible for waiting on tables in your assigned section, ordering drinks and food and taking care of all wait staff duties. The tub girl position is an outdoors position and you will rotate with other staff. Responsibilities include serving bottled and draft beer to customers out in the Celebrity Square commons area. As a shot/jello girl responsibilities include walking around within in the bar and outside area selling jello shooters or test tube shots to customers.

All these jobs have an hourly rate. The Cocktail waitress/shot position will make tips as well.

PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT

Gift Shop Attendant- Looking for an individual to work in our gift shop located right inside the doors of Broadway Louie’s. Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, making displays, operating register, selling merchandise, and handing out prizes.  Must be a friendly, helpful, reliable, honest and trustworthy individual. Starting salary is $7.00/hour.  Hours are between 20-40 hours weekly.
